Gameplay and settings

Sandcrafted keeps collection progress, selected levels and settings on your device. You do not need a Frostbyte account. We do not run a server that receives your gameplay progress. Device backups may be managed separately by Apple or your device settings.

Purchases

Apple processes the one-time Remove Ads purchase. The app checks verified purchase entitlements through StoreKit to unlock ad-free play and restore purchases. Frostbyte does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles its own account and purchase records under Apple’s privacy policy.

Advertising

The ad-supported version uses Google AdMob for ads between completed levels. Our app requests non-personalized ads, applies a general-audience content limit and does not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.

Google’s advertising SDK may process device or app identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, usage information and diagnostics to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. This is subject to Google’s privacy policy and Google’s information about partner apps. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or precise device location.

Consent and ad choices

Where required, Google’s consent form appears before ads can be requested. You can reopen available ad privacy choices in Settings. If consent or an ad is unavailable, the game continues without that ad. A verified Remove Ads purchase stops ad requests and removes between-level advertising. Apple may separately retain your purchase records.

Children

Sandcrafted is a general-audience puzzle game, not an app in Apple’s Kids category. It has no chat or user profiles. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that information to answer your request and investigate problems. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed for support and any applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about access or deletion.

This website

This is a static website hosted by Cloudflare. We add no advertising, analytics scripts or cookies to these pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary connection and security logs, including IP addresses, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. External links and your email provider have their own privacy practices.

Deleting information

You can remove the app to delete its local data, subject to any backups you control. Contact us about information you sent by email. For Google and Apple records, use the privacy controls and requests provided by those companies. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or delete personal information, or complain to your local data-protection authority.

We will update this page and its date when the game’s privacy practices change.
